Case | Sabatini's Form 990 Analyzer

Welcome to Case | Sabatini's Form 990 Analyzer (Version 1.0).  First of all, please do not be intimidated by the large number of data fields here. We don't need every number from your 990 - just some key data. You only need to copy data that appears on your Form 990 and, for many nonprofits, there will be numerous fields for which your Form 990 has no data.  Any such fields should be left as a 0, their default value. We've also set this up for easy data entry.  Just hit the TAB key after you've entered your data and the cursor will automatically jump to the next field, working your way down your 990!

A Few Controls...

Interest Rate:  Input an interest rate that you think is acceptable for savings and cash. By default, this is set at 2%.
Fundraising:  Input a value that would be acceptable for fundraising expenses as a % of total expenses. By default, this is set at 5%.
Efficiency:  Input a factor that would be acceptable for fundraising efficiency. In other words, for every $1 spent on fundraising, you'd like to see X dollars returned. By default, this is set to 3 (indicating $3).
Program Services Expenses:  Enter a percentage representing desired program services expenses as a percentage of total expenses.  By default, we have set this at 70%.
Current Ratio:  Enter a desired Current Ratio.  Most analysts believe that a 2:1 ratio at a minimum is best. So, by default, we've set this at 2. :1
