CSD Financial's key team members include Gil Davis and Rick Hyde. (Their bios are included below.) Gil and Rick are associated with Case | Sabatini (which employs nearly 50 people) and Hefren-Tillotson (which employs more than 120 people).

Gil Davis, CPA / PFS is a financial advisor affiliated with Hefren-Tillotson, Inc. through his work with Case | Sabatini, a CPA firm based in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. (He is also a partner at Case | Sabatini.)  Gil has more than 25 years of extensive professional experience in the areas of finance and taxes, applying both his CPA and financial planning expertise in helping clients achieve their financial goals.  Gil has also earned the prestigious Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) certification. The AICPA has granted this designation to only about 2% of CPAs nationwide. Over the years, Gil has served on many nonprofit boards and has been active in fundraising efforts for organizations including the YMCA, the Juvenile Diabetes foundation, and the Roberto Clemente Foundation. He is also the former National Tax Chairman for the Associated Builders and Contractors. In this capacity, Gil worked directly with IRS officials in recommending tax code changes and improvements in taxation requirements for contractors.  Gil received his B.S. degree in accounting from the University of Dayton.  He lives with his wife and three children in Robinson Township. Gil spends his free time coaching and fundraising for youth sports. He continues to play competitive baseball for the Pittsburgh Rangers. (email Gil)

Rick C. Hyde is a financial advisor at CSD Financial.  Since 2002, Rick has worked to develop and implement financial plans for individuals and small businesses.  He maintains contact with our clients to revise plans based on the client's changing needs over time and responding to changes in the investment market. Prior to his role here, Rick worked as an investment consultant and representative for numerous major brokerages and investment companies, including PNC Brokerage, Fidelity Investments, and Dreyfus Investment Services.  Rick holds a bachelor's degree from Robert Morris. He has been involved in the local Toastmasters club, and serves on the board of directors for Rainbow Kitchen Community Services. (email Rick)
