Case | Sabatini Names New Partner: Gil Davis, CPA / PFS

Pittsburgh, PA – January 10, 2006. Case | Sabatini, a professional services firm offering audit, tax, wealth management, and consulting services, is pleased to announce that Gil Davis, CPA / PFS, has been named as a firm partner.

Davis, who also serves as Managing Director of Case | Sabatini’s sister company, CSD Financial, brings more than 26 years of professional experience in the areas of finance and taxation, applying both his CPA and financial planning expertise in helping clients achieve their financial goals. He joined Case | Sabatini in December 2005 after serving as a partner with another regional CPA firm.

Throughout his career, Davis has volunteered considerable time serving on non-profit boards and organizing fundraising efforts for organizations including the YMCA, Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, and the Roberto Clemente Foundation. He is also the former National Tax Chairman for the Associated Builders and Contractors.

Gil received his Bachelors of Science degree in accounting from the University of Dayton in 1980. He lives in Robinson Township, along with his wife, Adele, and their three children. In addition to coaching and fundraising for youth sports, Gil enjoys racquetball, tennis, golf, and playing competitive baseball for the Pittsburgh Rangers of the Men’s Senior Baseball League.

Pittsburgh, PA – January 10, 2007 – Case | Sabatini, a regional CPA firm offering audit, tax, wealth management, and other professional services, is pleased to welcome two new team members.

Virginia A. Finnegan, CPA, joined the firm’s governmental auditing practice as a Senior Accountant. She brings more than 25 years of professional experience including nearly 15 years in municipal finance. Virginia holds a B.A. from Duquesne University and is active in the PICPA and the Government Finance Officers Association. She resides with her husband in Monroeville.

David C. Schwab, CPA, joined Case | Sabatini as a supervisor, bringing nearly nine years of professional public accounting and finance experience. He holds a B.S. degree in Management / Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh. David is active in the AICPA, PICPA, and Business Network International. He resides in Irwin with his wife and two daughters.

Case | Sabatini Names New Partner: Debra S. Pitschman, CPA

Pittsburgh, PA – December 27, 2006. Case | Sabatini, a professional services firm offering audit, tax, wealth management, and consulting services, is pleased to announce that Debra S. Pitschman, CPA, has been named as a firm partner.

Pitschman, who joined the firm in 1999 after nine years with another CPA firm, provides professional audit and tax services to construction contractors, real estate developers, manufacturers, retailers, nonprofit organizations, and others in the region. She’s an active member of numerous professional and trade organizations such as the AICPA, PICPA, the National Association for Women in Construction, and the American Subcontractor’s Association (having served on the board of directors for the latter two).

Pitschman holds a B.S. degree in business administration from the California University of Pennsylvania. She resides in the Mon Valley area.
