Mark A. Ulishney, CPA, Partner, has over 30 years of experience in public accounting. Mark has focused primarily on family owned businesses and is very involved in our Construction, Manufacturing, Real Estate Development and Not For Profit industry groups and has performed work for businesses in several other industries. With great attention to detail, using a hands on approach, he has been directly involved in all areas of tax and accounting for small, medium and large businesses. He has supervised literally hundreds of audit and review engagements and prepared and reviewed all types of small business and individual tax returns. He has prepared and supervised a plethora of cost segregation and valuation reports. He has assisted in numerous litigation support engagements by performing extensive financial accounting analysis and has testified in that capacity. He has also performed several fraud analysis reports leading to recovery of lost funds and prosecution of those committing the fraud.
Mark and his wife reside in Greensburg where they raise their 5 children, the eldest of whom has recently been ordained to the priesthood. He is steadfast in his involvement within his community and has served his church in various capacities, including Church Council, Adult and Youth Ministries and Men’s Fellowship Group. He currently coaches Midget Football and throughout the years has coached baseball, softball, basketball and soccer. He has been involved with scouting and is a proud parent of two eagle scouts with two others on the same path.
